I still cannot comprehend how someone as insignificant as I am has been summoned before a Chief U.S. Federal Judge. One who has presided over such huge cases like the Oracle Antitrust Case, Apple vs Microsoft on Copyright, Sprewell vs the NBA over discipline and a consolidated list of applications over NSA Wire tapping. Judge Walker recently denied the government's Motion to Dismiss that application. He's often in the New York Times and is even on the board of Directors for the Saint Francis Foundation.
